The “Ethos” name has a Greek origin and is used to describe the distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, society or institution. Ethos doesn’t translate into English very well because it embodies several elements. Basically, to have good ethos, ones must possess three traits:
- Good Character,
- Good Sense, and
- Good Motives.
